Company Policy & Guidelines

Read Carefully Before Booking

We are located in Huntsville, Alabama (travel fee will apply to any booking outside of Huntsville Al). 

QUOTES/ CONFIRMATION

Our spaces fill up fast and we recommend that you book as early as possible.  However, we require at least one week for bookings if the requested date is available.  Quotes are not confirmed booking. Deposit must be paid and dates must be confirmed with Nita.

DEPOSIT/REFUND POLICY

A $150 deposit are required when you book, and the balance is due 72 hours PRIOR to your event. If your balance is not paid on time and we are not contacted prior to your event we have the right to cancel your event.  If you cancel your experience (7) seven days or more before the scheduled event, you will receive a full deposit refund. If you cancel less than a week prior to your event for any reason, you will not receive a refund.

NLE SET-UPS 

You are required to remain with your set-up the entire time because we do not stay on site during your experience.  If any emergency purpose arrive or if you need to leave early you can text us and we will arrive within 20 to 30 minutes.

BAD WEAHTER or RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling your experience is really easy.  

If it rains on the day of your NLE experience, we will work with you to reschedule your event to a different day or move your experience to an indoor location of your choice. We recommend that you book the bubble tent as an add-on or have a backup indoor plan in mind if you do not wish to reschedule for weather. We will contact you by the end of the day if weather conditions do not appear to be favorable. 

FOOD

FOOD is not included in the base price but may be an addition to your experience. Please ask for private chef information. 

DAMAGE DEPOSIT- HOT TUB

$200 is required for all Hot Tub Bookings and will be returned upon completion of your experience providing no damage is noted. ** For the use of HOT TUB : We must have access to water and electricity source at your location.  No children are allowed around the hot tub at any time.

NLE Workshops & Retreats 

NLE Workshops and Retreats are non-refundable.

Tickets Sales are final.

 

Seduire by NLE PARTIES /HOSTING 

You can book a Seduire Passion Party online. Booking and travel fees must be paid 72 prior to hosting. Seduire has an online shopping store see website for direct link. You must be 21 and older to purchase online or book passion parties. Seduire welcome collaboration with outside events and vendors. Let's chat!

JET'AIME LOVE BIRD GAME & CURRICULUM

LOVE COACHING SESSION- LOVEOLOGIST    

Consultation are required prior to booking. Contract agreement must be signed prior to scheduled appointment.

Love Coaching is not consulting, therapy, or counseling. Please consult a licensed therapist if you are dealing with mental health. Please consult the National Sexual Assault
Hotline of you are dealing with sexual violence ( 1-800-656-4673) .

 

Love Coaching takes the best of all those approaches to provide an additional type of assistance. Love Coaches help clients attain personal growth in love relationships. It is the client responsibility to make significant progress and change in their love life. Session and prices will be discussed in your initial consultation.  Please see the contract to look over procedures, rescheduling, additional support, cancelation, confidentiality, terms and services, and payment. 

 

If you approve these guidelines continue with your booking. Your signed contract be emailed to confirm booking.

NLE may send promotional and transactional mobile messages in various formats through the constant contact program. Promotional messages advertise and promote our products and services and may include [promotions, specials, other marketing offers, and abandoned checkout reminders]. Transactional messages relate to an existing or ongoing transaction and may include [order notifications and updates, appointment reminders, and other transaction-related information]. Mobile messages may be sent using an automated technology, including automated system, or automatic SMS dialing system. Message frequency will vary [but will not exceed 3 messages per month]. You agreed, our affiliates, and any third-party service providers may send you messages regarding the foregoing topics or any topic and that such messages may be made or placed using different telephone numbers or short codes. We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program but you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your mobile provider, as standard data and message rates may apply for SMS and MMS alerts.
